Omer Nurlu

Ömer has over 15 years of experience in technology-focused Finance. Omer’s career started at PwC where he provided auditing and consulting to various companies across verticals.

Ömer’s corporate experience began with Nalco, followed by Cushman Wakefield, and most recently with venture capital firm Revo Capital. As a finance executive, Ömer developed expertise in financial management, financial modelling, buy/sell-side M&A consulting, change management, valuation reporting to diverse investors including Exor Spa, TPG, IFC or EBRD.

Leo Kuyumciyan

Leo’s experience began as an Associate Auditor at Baker Tilly where he led teams for due diligence processes, yearly audits, IPO audits, and various risk assessment projects with varied sector focus in Technology, Retail, Healthcare and Textiles.

After Baker Tilly, Leo moved on to join Abraaj for the restructuring of Yörsan Dairy as the Financial Controller, Leo oversaw budget planning, reporting processes, consolidation, and any other ad hoc financial needs. All reporting was reported to Abraaj and other investors such as European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Following Abraaj, Leo moved on to restructure Cardtek Group, a payment systems provider as Financial Control and Budget Group Manager. He established the reporting standards for investor reporting, company-specific KPI establishment, data room creation and necessary back-office formalisation. He then moved on to join Orbital Technology as Chief Strategy Officer to aid in their global expansion where he brought revenues from a standstill to six figures MRR.

Leo was most recently Chief Operating Officer at Millimetric Analytics, his role was focused on finance, investor relations and sales. Joining the team early on Leo helped in securing Millimetric’s Seed round with Global Founders Capital and Seedcamp. Leo holds B.A in Economics and Finance from the University of Virginia.

Eralp Yaya

Eralp worked at KPMG for four years before joining Phellos. During his time there, he received two early promotions and led audit teams for over 30 different companies.

He gained experience in the manufacturing and technology sectors, and played a key role in internal training programs. Eralp also led the audit team for Kayseri Şeker during its IPO on the BIST’s Yıldız Market (22.1b). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University.

During this time, Sefa audited the Enerjisa (2.2B) and Aydem Energy (1.4B) projects, which are the major IPOs of Turkey in recent times. Sefa holds B.A in Economics from the University of Hacettepe.
